The Mission

Jen Mayo launched The Body Literacy Podcast with a bold vision: to empower women through holistic health education by connecting the dots between nutrition, neuroscience, sleep, and sexuality. As a personal brand in a growing, but crowded, wellness space, Jen wanted more than just a podcast. She wanted a platform.

The Challenge

Jen had already launched her podcast, but it wasn’t gaining the traction or credibility she envisioned.

The production quality was low, the visuals didn’t reflect her expertise, and there was no clear strategy guiding the show.
