The Mission

Hosted by top-performing professionals from Think Design Architecture and the Nixon Team at PreReal™, Blueprint for Closers set out to build more than just a podcast—it was designed to become a high-impact platform for influence, connection, and long-term brand growth in real estate.

The goal was clear: share real-world insights, elevate the conversation around modern real estate, and grow a social media presence that attracts attention and builds trust. More than visibility, they wanted to create a digital ecosystem that turned conversations into real relationships—whether with industry peers, strategic partners, or future clients.

The Challenge

Blueprint for Closers had already launched their podcast and had been actively building their social media presence, but despite their effort, traction was limited.

The podcast had potential, but the execution didn’t matching the caliber of the team behind it. Their biggest roadblocks?
